What is Fire Cider?
Fire Cider is a spicy, herbal, apple cider vinegar-based tonic steeped with ingredients like ginger, garlic, horseradish, and hot peppers.
Traditionally used as a home remedy to support the immune system and overall health, it helps with congestion, circulation, and warding off colds and the winter ick!
The term Fire Cider was coined by our beloved herbal teacher Rosemary Gladstar. It’s a folk remedy found in herbalist kitchens and medicine cabinets everywhere. We take it daily, use it in cooking, and bring herbal healing, warmth, and spice into the Fall and Winter seasons.
Why Do I Need to Make This NOW?
Fall is the season when immune support matters most—this is the perfect time to prepare your tonic.
Fire Cider takes four weeks to infuse, which means if you start now, your remedy will be ready right when the season shifts.
Once you learn how, you’ll have a lifelong skill and a trusted standby for your family and community.
